Senior Life Solutions is our hospital based Intensive outpatient therapy program. It provides group and individual therapy to Seniors who deal with stresses brought on by aging. The program addresses the emotional and behavioral health of adults over 65 through a combination of therapies, education, and wellness program. We assist them in developing living skills that help them cope with problems that may accompany the aging process.

We are a management company that partners with hospitals to offer both inpatient and outpatient behavioral health services. Our inpatient programs are operated in hospitals from 26 to 300 beds. Our out-patient program partners with rural hospitals across the country and is designed to meet the needs of seniors who are struggling with issues such as depression or anxiety that can often be related to aging. The patient is offered services by an interdisciplinary team of caring, experienced, behavioral health professionals, which includes a Psychiatrist, Licensed Therapist, and Registered Nurse.

 Our services are currently offered in 19 states and we continue to enter new markets.

Duties and responsibilities

Responsible for submitting requisition requests and creating new requisition via applicant tracking system for all new positions.

Posts and maintains all positions in applicant tracking system, Indeed and other job sites as needed.

Responsible for all communication with new hire regarding on boarding including: offer letters, back ground consent and submittal to Wolfe, professional references, set up new hire in HR platform, update Provider Trust as needed and upload on boarding documents into HR personnel files.

Develops and maintains advertising programs to ensure high visibility with potential candidates.

Manages application/resume file and retention according to company policy.

Creates detailed maps for all states (to include the top 25 most populated counties in each state).

Research counselor license requirements for all states currently in operation and add new states.

Create potential call lists to include contact information.

Provide support to the HR Director and Talent Acquisition Manager by performing additional HRIS tasks and activities as needed, and other duties as assigned

Maintain company career site, ensuring all postings are accurate and current 

Job Knowledge

Understanding of current trends in recruiting.

Knowledge of current federal and state laws.

Familiarity and understanding of recruiting and sourcing.

Qualifications/Education

Associates Degree in Human Resources or equivalent field

Healthcare experience preferred, not required

Minimum of 1-year experience as an On boarding Specialist or Recruiting Coordinator preferred not required

The Office and Patient Coordinator offers support to our program director and patients.

- They provide quality administrative and clerical services for all program staff.

- Assists with transfers of patients to and from offices, bathroom, or other areas regardless of ambulation status in order to promote fall prevention, if Certified Nursing Assistant or LPN and/or has been trained in appropriate transfer techniques.

- Assists Program Nurse with vital sign checks and dietary intake checks, if Certified Nursing Assistant or Certified Medical Assistant

- Coordinates billing protocol with hospital, tracks census, filing medical records, and assists program director and medical director with any other clerical duties as needed.

Work with team to develop proposals that speak to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives. Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion. Use a variety of styles to persuade or negotiate appropriately. Present an image that mirrors that of the client. Attendance at all required meetings, training sessions, company events, industry trade shows and conferences. Meet and exceed established sales targets including calls per day, meetings per month, closes and revenue.
