Aging brings many joys—grandchildren, more free time in retirement, and wisdom gained over the decades. But, at the same time, our older years can also bring the loss of loved ones, stresses of age-related health concerns, or diminished self-esteem.

The Senior Life Solutions program, an intensive group counseling program for individuals over age 65, aims to provide assistance to people who are dealing with emotional or behavioral issues often related to aging. If you or someone you know suffers from any of the following, this program might be right for you.

Following an individual assessment, group participants meet in a supportive, encouraging setting. The program staff includes a board-certified psychiatrist, licensed therapists, nurses, and other geriatric professionals dedicated to the emotional well being of the seniors in your community.

PMC created the Senior Life Solutions program in 2003, and it has quickly filled an important community need. Family members, physicians, or other health professionals can refer individuals to the program.

If you are a patient or family member of a patient, please contact your local Hospital for more information.
